I LOVE potatoes and have tried SO many different recipes for them! My new favorite is to par boil the wedged potatoes first. I make sure that they don&#039;t get to soft. Then drain them and dry them really well. Oil and season how you like and bake at a high temperature. Usually between 400-450 degrees. I find that by doing this, the potatoes are so soft on the inside and really crunchy on the outside!
